The level is the highest score among AI incidents disclosed in the last 24 hours and the incident being tracked live, by the index’s published formula: WS-1 Minor, WS-2 Moderate, WS-3 Serious, WS-4 Severe, WS-5 Critical. Every incident behind it links to its sources.
